When I tested the cars (4) - Mustang wasn't easiest car to drive but with good setup you could push it to it's limit. Car has same kind of characters than was GT40 so I like it at first sight.

I just noticed some people were using the Arrakis 2000GT and having some problems with the transmission going up hills. I'd be more than happy to do a custom transmission, please let me know!

We're actually using our own spec Toyota 2000GT but yeah gearing is proving an issue... @Yeratel84 @1996mikey2412 ^^^^

I noticed that issue with the Toyota, but to be honest, I haven't got the time to fiddle with it just yet (I usually apply Praiano's method and tweak it according to track/car)

That being said, I wouldn't mind a few pointers...
 
I won't be racing this season guys, taking a break and sorting real life stuff. Sorry for being complicated with my little brother and I trying to get sorted, I'm just trying to do what I think is right for me.

The easiest is the tranny trick. Put final gear all to the right - then set to minimum max. speed possible. Now make 1st and 2nd as long as possible and adapt 3rd and 4th to fit equally with 5th (don't touch 5th). Then set final gear as you need for top speed. Don't touch individual gears anymore. Gears should now be close enough together so you stay in the rpm-range needed.

ROAR AT DAYTONA ENTRY (V1)

This sunday sees' the ROAR AT DAYTONA - a two part test session commencing from 7.15pm GMT, split into two sessions - a day and night session, with 1 lap demo parade and photo op thrown inbetween! All race conditions are on, so damage will be heavy.
