Bait used to be believableMost of you won’t like hearing this, but I just came home from work and played this game for the first time in months (because of the update obviously) after playing nothing but R3E and AC, and wow, it sucks.
The Real Driving Simulator… yeah right. I feel sorry for anyone who defends this joke of a ”simulator.”
I might have been more apologetic if the game was good in other areas, but it’s not. Well, it looks alright I guess, there you go.
Not sure why they are releasing 2 new tracks for Spec III, we would have been already ecstatic to get only Yas Marina, on top of Spec III content + DLC, and get CGV in june 2026. All the more taking into account that Sophy cannot use those tracks yet.I don't mean that they should create tracks in 6-8 months, rather that it would be good if possible to maintain a buffer of created tracks so that they can release one every 6-8 months.

Where are you seeing it? Trying to look and haven't been seen it myself. So if Montreal was (presumably) scanned in 2019, where does that place Yas Marina? I noticed it still has Alfa Romeo signage so that would at least place it 2023 or older, right?

Did you see it show up on the wheel, or did you actually win it?For anyone wondering I can confirm that when you receive the permanent invitation you still get the olds one in the tickets.
From the F1 onboards I've seen 2022-2024, not once have I seen that sign. Haven't seen it either in all the runnings of the Gulf 12 Hours so it seems to just be placed there by PD.View attachment 1496550
Right before the main straight. Though I will say I might be jumping the gun because I assume this sponsorship was tied to when they were sponsors of Sauber.

The runoff seems to be from 2024:

Sorry about the F1 UI, it was the easiest way to find pictures.![]()

The Yas Marina we got seems to be from 2024, if we look at the runoff in turn 9. That Alfa Romeo banner you pointed out was present in 2024 too.
Perhaps even neater is how they've arranged all the parts between Body, Body 2 and Other for easier livery making. For example, on cars with two canards per side it's usually a pain to get one painted and not the other as the depth settings are too coarse and something will either bleed over or not show up as wished. This one is a detail maker's dream in that regard.I saw that you can add the Evo package to the 296 GT3, that's pretty neat
From the 2024 onboards I've seen (trackdays and smaller racing series), that Alfa Romeo banner is always there. I've seen some January 2025 onboards with it too. So it must be a F1 thing.
I was pleasantly surprised by CGV when doing the track experience and the GT-R race there. As for Yas Marina, to me it looks/feels no better or worse than it does in FM.Yas Marina may be prettier but CGV is so much more fun to drive. A proper race track.
Montreal is a blast for sure. It does feel slightly odd driving it not in an F1 game though.Yas Marina may be prettier but CGV is so much more fun to drive. A proper race track.
Yep, edited my post and acknowledged it.From the 2024 onboards I've seen (trackdays and smaller racing series), that Alfa Romeo banner is always there. I've seen some January 2025 onboards with it too. So it must be a F1 thing.
