From Gran Turismo to Le Mans: Lucas Ordoñez & Jann Mardenborough Confirmed for Nissan LMP1 Program
GP3 race winner Jann Mardenborough was revealed as one of the drivers of Nissan’s LM P1 racing car at the Chicago Motor Show today. At the same time in Yokohama, Japan, it was announced that fellow GT Academy winner, Lucas Ordoñez, had also been selected to race the Nissan GT-R LM NISMO, along with NISMO racer Michael Krumm.

GT Academy Champ Florian Strauss Added to Nissan’s Bathurst 12 Hour Lineup
2013 GT Academy Germany champion Florian Strauss will replace Alex Buncombe in the NISMO Athlete Global Team at the 2015 Bathurst 12 Hour. Buncombe had been confirmed to drive the #35 Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3, alongside fellow NISMO Athletes Katsumasa Chiyo and Wolfgang Reip.

Mégane Trophy to be Featured in GT6 Quick Match Race
Polyphony Digital has announced in advance an upcoming one-make race to be featured in GT6’s Quick Match events, which will feature the Renault Mégane Trophy at the Nurburgring GP/F circuit.
Paintable Rear Wings Coming to GT6 in Future Update
In a new post on Polyphony Digital’s PitStop blog, there’s a small mention of a new feature which is slated to come to Gran Turismo 6 in a future update: paintable custom rear wings. According to the remarks, you’ll be able to match the wing’s color to the car its on or select any other color for which you own the paint chip in the game.
