Its choice of accompanying hashtag harking back to the company’s founder Ettore Bugatti – #imaginEBugatti – may have raised a few wry smiles, but not as much as the image accompanying one Tweet from the official account:

Politics, religion, and Gran Turismo 6 are perhaps the three most hotly debated topics on the Internet (it will seem that way, at least, if you spend any amount of time around our forums!).

Hot on the heels of an unusual 3 hour online maintenance period, Polyphony Digital has announced more online maintenance for GT6 during July – and if you thought it was odd last time, this one will boggle the mind completely.

If you’ve had a go in any version of the SRT Tomahawk – the newest Vision GT concept car in Gran Turismo 6 – you know how crazy it is. The “X” model takes things to the furthest extreme, producing over 2,590hp with the use of “experimental technologies”.

It’s time for one of the biggest races in the 2015 GTPlanet Endurance Series’ calendar: the 24 Hours of Le Mans! The race kicks off today (June 27) at 13:00 GMT/UTC (click here to convert this to your local time), and will be live-streamed right here via GTPlanet’s YouTube channel.
