In recent months, Polyphony Digital has been adding a new wet weather condition variant to a number of GT Sport’s tracks. We first saw it at the World Tour event in Germany, with the wet Red Bull Ring. Since then the team has also added some dampness to Tokyo Expressway and, just last week, the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps debuted with rain as standard.

The Daily Races following a new content update invariably use the cars and tracks, and so it proves again this week.

We’ve got quite a few Gran Turismo memorabilia collectors here on GTPlanet. It’s not just scouring eBay for examples of rare game releases, but people who’ll collect absolutely anything with a Gran Turismo logo on it.

Possibly the most eagerly awaited update in GT Sport’s two-year history to date has arrived. Yes, it’s Spa day, as fan-favorite track Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps is now part of the game.

It’s almost time for the last of the Gran Turismo FIA GT Championship World Tour events before the big final in Monaco. We seem to have rattled through them in recent weeks, with New York and Salzburg in quick succession, leading up to the last event this weekend in Tokyo.

Although arguably entirely expected, it’s now confirmed: after this weekend’s World Tour event in Tokyo, GT Sport will get a new content update.
