The official Gran Turismo website has just been updated today with an information blowout, highlighting some of the major new features of the game:

The official Gran Turismo 6 car list has been revealed, featuring nearly 1,200 cars which will be appearing in the game.

Another new car carrying the special dark blue 15th Anniversary livery has been announced at SEMA 2013 in Chevrolet’s latest press release.

YouTuber Starky513 got his hands on some Gran Turismo 6 drifting gameplay footage, which features a former GT Academy Race Camp finalist behind the virtual wheel of an Alfa Romeo TZ3 Stradale.
