I agree with you for sure. Since we're still trying to find our sweet spot in regards to the format and such, my pacing is really on the backburner at the moment. Kind of focusing on the foundation before we get to the nuanced portion of "building up" the show. I'm definitely with you though when you say that being much more deliberate with the delivery and attitude will make for an easier and more compelling listen for sure. Gonna definitely work on it.

For sure 👍 I quite liked the format as it was, friendly introductions and discussion before leading into the news - I think you've got it pretty well nailed in that respect but I suppose it would change depending on the importance of each news item and which order it should be presented in and whether you have guests. Different people have different ideologies on that though so go with what feels most natural.

Really the main thing I would personally work on is delivery - like I said the more engaged and interested you are and the better you convey that to the listeners with the way you carry yourself vocally will make a world of difference with the listeners engagement. Listening to say Le Mans radio for instance gives a good indicator of how important conveying your interest and enthusiasm for the topic is to get the listener hooked in.

If someone gets bored midway through because you sound bored you aren't going to get critique from them for improving your format - if you sound interesting but the format feels off people will be more willing to sit through it and help you work on it than the other way around - at least that's how I've always seen it.

Carracerptp!! Carr and I had many a heated battle in Brandon's Alfa Zagato Series back in the day. An extremely fast driver and a gentleman to boot. I am looking forward to this one:tup:👍

Will start the UK show once I get to the beach later..

...aaand after that, I'm going to give the tt one last shot and hopefully reach the regional finals.
Cutoff in Sweden is currently a 2:17.5, but I expect that number to be 2:17.4 once the deadline is reached.

Some feedback:
When you have several guests, it's always good to direct the question/discussion to a sertain person to avoid akward moments of silance or people talking at the same time.
You did that well on many occasions during the show. 👍
 
haha, yeah, thanks for noticing. At first I was trying to let guys just talk and thought the order of speaking could start up naturally, but I quickly realized this can't be the case xD. Then I started "handing the mic" over so to speak by calling on a guy to give his words.

Fun doing the laidback discussion like that though.
