I think it was posted 'unlisted' though so won't be searchable, so effectively a private video that you need the url for.
google "video" search do return unlisted video as long as video not "private" google video search will return it.
i use ios app that have switch for "show unlisted"
YoutubeDL grab unlisted video too -if scraping-.
kodi youtube -and youtube channels app- /any app that use youtube RSS feed also do return unlisted vdieo link
google search return link if posted on facebook etc too, they need to hide better as easy to come across innocently:D

@Masscot is there link (not discord) i can get for all GTPlanet Modding Team content? i search here and i have:

Audi R18 ETron 2016
Audi R18 LMP1

Radical RXC

I dont have tracks or more cars from GTPlanet Modding Team can there be a link to all content in a post?

There's no archive as such, you just need to trawl the thread or search. GTP Modding Team is a generic name put to a few collaborative mods from forum members here, but plenty of individual mods are posted here too.
No archive encourages regular forum attendance rather than drive-by posting, although we still get entitled (and often rude) first-time posters parachuting in demanding this and that. They generally get ignored.
;)

yes more attendance = more activity but that not = good quality.
for me sometimes less can be more, 900 pages of same questions arguments and telling people to find themselves seem like double up work -like you say before no need to double up work- new coming members rather have 400 pages of quality than 900 of double up work.

FAQ or sticky or link is no bad idea :D

1 post in signature linking to post by one of GTPModding Team that shows all mods they work on, is good for new members -to not ask the entitled question you hate so much- and not double up on work you say before, as you provide information for them to make no need for asking such questions.

If no provide information users will join and ask -we should not hate new members for asking when we can solve issue in 1 post-
even i am member here, and dont know all mods done by GTP which is shame really, and even i ask and get no info after i search and only find 4 cars?

so i will add links to my signature to all GPT mod cars i know so far and link directly to them so new users can click my sig and get links to GTP stuff to try out is this ok?

I can tell you that the previous track I had went to the bin :) Huge quality update despite still having some fps drops issues. Probably you already know this but I noticed that the beggining of the pit limiter is too close to the track and if you cross the line at the exit of the last corner the pit limiter kicks in. Oh...and some cameras would be nice too. I already have the camtool replay. But a very cool track. Congrats...

You've made posts in the past about this. Its very very simple, learn to search. If you think its discouraging for new posters to not just have a platter to pick from - this is a forum thread, not a website hosting mods.

If searching is difficult, than one just simply needs to learn. This person wants "GTP" mods? Than search for that. A specific car modded by GTP, "GTP NSX", then search for that. You dont get things just handed to you, if your capable of using a pc, than you're capable of searching.

And its not "900 pages of same questions", refine your search, if that result didn't fit your fancy, backspace and click the next one in your search results. Put in an effort, I cant count long ago how much search time I did. You want it, go find it. Coming here and just saying, "give me links to all 'xx' mods'" is pathetic. Do your work, put an effort in.

Hell long ago, I wanted one model, it was in Japanese and required registration. And after google translate, registering and seraching in Japaneses than converted, I found it. I didn't come here or else where and ask for such a silly request. GO FIND IT :D

We have different approach dont worry, i am no like you, i am more like compassion, empathy, understanding, no waste time, no gatekeep, no call names or be absuive. I know some users no have a clue and i want to help them, if i find safe way across path, i help you over not call you names or let you to do it yourself and watch you fail or get hurt, i lead.

I process manage and streamline SAS so is in my nature to try fix what is not efficient.

You no have to get angry or call people "pathetic" and keep posting negativly my posts becuase i am different, is to dramatic for me over link to mod, is like reality show you even make up that i demand all links, i only ask masscot if he know a place, be calm :D

Is ok to be different, some people angry some are cool, and i am ok you keep posting angry post at me when i try to help, but angry post not help, but i no get upset.

I streamline things a little and make things faster for some newbies, and make it so less stupid questions repeated over and over in thread.

You no like these questions, so i solve problem, you should be happy, positive and be part of solution not part of problem :D

All done :D
i create post, i link to post in signature and i keep post update!

No harm, stay cool no need to get angry and make negative post toward members? :)

Here's the first update of my Honda City Turbo II given to me by Dragster666/Unknownindydriver from Discord which has improved the following stuff:

fixed the data aka performance, weight and gear ratios; added shifting animations, lights, reverse lights and turn signals (even tho the front lights he mapped look weird to me in the picture below, either he/me ****ed up or its the model that has bad lights when I converted it somehow, please fix them ASAP)

Is there a livery template for this so I can get making some? :D

Cheers

Tomo

Here's that Alfa Giulietta Spider with the TC Legends tune. This even drives better than the other suspension I had and has different tires. Really controllable drift and you can steer a bit with the accelerator to make it interesting. It's not the fastest of the bunch but it was never intended to be and you can keep up in the tighter tracks. Bigger longer tracks it loses out in gearing which I may address in the future.

This will overwrite the original. Rename the folder if you really want to keep that original. That was a tough original though. Let me know if there's any issues.

Would you be able to make an S1 version of this with a little bit more power. Or is this my time to try and use Car Tuner to do an LS8 engine swap ;)

@Patrick Ellis Does your Car Tuner app crash all the time?Just tried to tune the little Alfa Spider that beezer posted and Car Tuner just crashes at any opportunity. even before I'd selected the car to tune it crashed lol. I tried running it as administrator and while that solved the startup crash it didn't stop it crashing when I tried to apply the engine swap. Any ideas?

Did have setup the right path to your AC folder?

or just edit the files\root.ini
and put there the correct path:
"your harddisk":\Steam\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa

Yeah, I've not had much luck with it tbh. I figured it might be because I'm on Windows 7 and there's some missing libraries or something. Let me give it another shot and I'll try to see if I can make sense of the crash log :P

I selected the right path to my AC folder. It kinda works but it just throws an error whenever I try to apply a tune.

I'm not fussed as I only wanted to try it out and see if I could do an engine swap but I think I'm just gonna give up lol

I may have figured it out. The errors I was getting were related to .NET Framework 4.8, so I simply repaired my installation and I'm not getting errors anymore. At least, with the one car I tested it with

Download the runtime here, and select repair. Good luck!

I wondered if it was something to do with runtimes and .net framework as they always cause problems but I couldn't be bothered to mess about with it today lol.
Thanks for helping out though as I was just gonna bin it otherwise.

Nope still getting errors even after repairing and making sure my .net frameworks are up to date. In the bin it goes :D

Did you try repairing .NET like I suggested? It's not that hard, and only takes a minute.

If it means anything, the errors appear to be only with the Car Tuner GUI. The actual duplicating and file editing seems to work fine even with the errors.

Edit: Nvm. Just noticed your edit. But like I said. The actual data editing seems unaffected by the GUI errors. I also hate .NET

Ah it's cool. I'll leave it for another time (like never) I was only messing about to see what I could come up with but after failing I think I'm gonna leave the tuning and engine swaps to the experts  and just go back to making skins. At least I can do that without errors everywhere lol.

All Walls in pits not to be solid , tires against the walls too

Yes, in the original track there was a non-renderable wall, that i remove to edit the pit building and i forgot to restore in place ;)
What do tou mean with "tires against the wall"?

Nice update. A small error remains in hotlap mode. Time between car start and the finish line first cross count as a complete lap. So you're able to create a track record under 29 secs :)

edit: and some tv cam for replay could be a nice addition.

I've to check what is wrong, comparing with other tracks.....
On racedepartement i already fine today a camtool for this track

@Ema Don't know if it's relevant or new...

but I love how you included the track logo.png for the loading screen so that there is no need to give up the outlines in the track selection. (tbh, I've always missed the track logos while the cars have it)
Sorry, if this post is considered as unnecessary, but this is news to me. :)

Lol, i don't even know how it works, i load with CM and i never see track logos on loading

I can tell you that the previous track I had went to the bin :) Huge quality update despite still having some fps drops issues. Yes, i know about the pitlane, i will fix it .... i have to split the pitlane in more pieces and naming only some parts as "pitlane" with his limiter.

Thanks to all of you

Thanks for this but rather than acknowledging that it overwrites the original car, why not just release it as a new car? It's not hard and doesn't take long, and not only respects and preserves the original car but will also help to protect your work (and stop it getting overwritten) if the original car gets updated. I think there is also more chance of it being installed if it gets tagged as a new car. Some people just won't be bothered with changing it to a new car.
Apart from anything else, people might prefer the original car, or want to test it side-by-side with the new one to see what the differences are. If the modder does this once then it stops every else who downloads it from having to do exactly the same exercise.

Very useful instructions from @gladbecker82 about how to duplicate a car:
  1. copy the full car folder
  2. maybe paste it onto the desktop (so you can keep the old one)
  3. rename the folder
  4. copy the folder name!!!
  5. rename all KN5s with the old name with the new one.
  6. go into the data folder, LODS.ini and rename the car there
  7. go into the main SFX folder, rename the bank file and rename everything that you see with the old name in the GUID file
Edit: I did it with your car and it literally took two minutes, and that included manually renaming all the GUID refs (when there's probably a much quicker semi-automatic way of doing this).
Here you go:
alfa_romeo_giulietta_spider_tcl
https://www.mediafire.com/file/xmblcys8ulo017h/alfa_romeo_giulietta_spider_tcl.7z/file

(nice update, by the way. I keep reaching for a fifth gear though ;) )

Edit 2: the RHS wing mirror reflection is flipped which I guess was the same in the original car. It'll need flipping in the mirror config unless somebody wants to update the kn5 (above my pay grade, I'm afraid).

Use Content Manager to extract the data.acd.. There's literally been quite a few posts written about this in the last few days so do a search in this forum for "DUPLICATE" and have a look at some of the posts :D
