Toyota Supra 3.0 GTTurbo A '88 - 700PP - Racing Medium Tires - All Track - SWAP - 1.43

Engine swap: 2JZ-GTE-Supra

Wide car - Rims size 17" - Rim Width Wide - Offset Wide
Front A - Side Standard - Rear A - Wing Custom

Very good medium performance 700PP car , sane and very fast. A bit heavy , not ok for Le Mans due to consumption.

Enjoy your drive.
If you're not seeing the Ultra High RPM Turbocharger available to purchase it is because you haven't installed the Engine Swap yet. Also, no roll cage on this one.

I just have a 26:45 with pit lap 8 and no tires. I did a new quick setting using still Sport Hard tires , but with a lower front and rear downforce. A lot less front grip , to have still a decent HP and top speed. You need to set the car to turn under brake and releasing throtle entering corners. This is the only way to find grip. If you add front downforce , you have to drop too much the power to compense the gain of PP.
To resume , it's just a medium car for this event. Not so fun to drive. I'll not publish a 600PP but a 700PP for Nordschleife where the car can do well , staying fun to drive.
Thanks for taking the time to run the car there. That's right inline with the time I got with the tune I used, so that seems about what that car will do on that track. Appreciate you as always!

Porsche 962 C '88 - 800PP - Racing Medium Tires - SPA - 1.43

Yes , i had to use very extremes settings fir this car turn . It's same pace as the Mazda 787 on SPA , low 2:03 regular. Just take care to not cross the kerbs on EAU ROUGE or you'll fly . Don't take it full gas 100% . Just take out 20% of the throttle after the compression down the 1st left bend , just during your turn your wheel for the right and left session. It's almost nothing but this input allow the car to take the curves almost full gas. Full gas you go over the left kerb and fly.
Perfect option for SPA 1H event , together with the Mazda 787 that is already in my list.

Impeccable time as per usual Praiano, as I finally picked up this car today!

Toyota Sprinter Trueno 1600GT Apex (AE86) '83 - 700PP - Racing Medium Tires - All Track - SWAP - 1.43

Engine swap: 3S-GTE-MR2

Wide car - Rims size 15" - Rim Width Wide - Offset Wide
Front A - Rear A - Wing Custom

Excelent car , superior grip. A pilot car to drive 100% on Nordschleife. Easy but you can always go faster using all the inputs in your favor. Brakes are perfect to place the car entering any turn , just need a few practice.
Check your RPM for top speed , max power at 7800RPM.

Thanks for the tune. Did you try the body rigidity with this car? It’s lowering the pp and rigid body is always nice.

It's fun to drive and competitive. You can't race it against Sophy , i don't know why. I love to drive it on Brands Hatch or any track of this kind.
I've never owned a 4L , only 2CV that was a kind of rival , very cheap , undestroyable , can go anywhere , desert or snow , with a relative good top speed.

Used both of these on WTC700 Dragon Trail. The Supra 3.0 had a wicked sound and feel to the engine. Fun drive but finished P2 by less than a car length. So close.

The Sprinter Trueno was superior due to the Fuel Consumption and Tire Wear. Easy P1 win. Can do the whole event without a pit stop. I lucked out that I was able to race this event back-to-back without the rain requiring a tire change. The Supra required a pit stop for fuel and the tires barely made it.

Hey Maestro hope you're enjoying the weekend, I saw there's a red Ferrari 512 BB in the used cars dealership now and was debating getting it even though I have one in blue already only to find out you don't have a tune for it.

Have you just not gotten around to it or are you not a fan of how it drives?

Damn Praiano, this is a highly under appreciated tune and drive. I spent the evening running most of the top Porsches, with the best 700pp tunes available for them, in the various Schwardzwald League events. Ran the Carrera GT ‘04, the 959, Cayman, 911 Turbo, the Strass, and both of the recent GT3 RS (which you noted were bad at 700pp) along with your Spyder ‘13 tune.

As far as I was concerned, this car was in a class by itself. You never mention it among your favorites when asked. I’m guessing, from your comments and setups, that it’s because you tend to prefer cars that you can toss around a bit, put the rear where you want with a tap or two on the brakes.

If so, then I understand. This car is exceptionally well mannered. It’s the opposite of the Carrera GT. It refuses to lose control. After the Carrera GT, I’m sure that was a purposeful goal with this car. Most car manufacturers are lucky to have one vehicle famous for their ability to kill its drivers, but the GT gave Porsche their second! The Spyder was not going to give them a triple crown. For as aggressive as I like to drive corners, combined with how difficult trail breaking is to perfect using the G29 brake pedal, I found this car, with your tune, majestic. Thumbs up!!

Excelent car , superior grip. A pilot car to drive 100% on Nordschleife. Easy but you can always go faster using all the inputs in your favor. Brakes are perfect to place the car entering any turn , just need a few practice.
Check your RPM for top speed , max power at 7800RPM.

That tune is awesome, amazing handling 👍🏻

It would be sooooo good if PD at some stage enable people to upload their tune sheets, make them searchable, and let others apply them with the press of a button.
It was like this in GT5. You could even offer the car to a friend with your settings. It was a very good option.
PD always take out good things from all GT , to do all the same mistakes doing a new game from scratch devoloping a next GT game and almost never keep the goods things they' did before. Like the custom track editor..... and so.....

Thank you for all your hard work!

So , this is impossible to set this car using SWAP engine. + 1400 HP , some others cars in GT have more than this but all have a ground effect option using diffuser. Noth the Ford Shelby GT350R.
The result is whell spin all of the place , even at very high speed. If you use TC at 1 the car is losing totally his speed , working all the time to nerf the power.
If you want to use at 700PP , you'll have less power than the original engine and you'll need to add some more ballast to fit the 700PP.
You can use the car for top speed on X route but there is a lot of others +++fasters .
To resume , this SWAP is impossible to use. Perhaps if PD add a rear diffuser. Till now , no way. Sorry.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply and explain why it’s not possible! I will work something out for tracks with long straights.
Thank you very much! Keep up the good work ☺️

You can add 200 kg rear ballast position 50 , it help to control wheel spin and the car is still well balanced , rear end still stable entering curves....

This is already one of my top cars, especially the 800pp all track build you posted for this car recently. Can't wait to see how it compares with the SWAP. Cheers!

BONUS: Turns out I had one of those engines sitting in my garage already!

Totally agree, great tune. I think I used it on one of the early weekly challenge 2 or 3 months ago (may have been Schwarzwald), and loved it.

I try everything with this car , it's a very hard car to set and balance. I've spent a lot of time on it , it's far to be perfect , perhaps the way a '76 sport car would drive ... i don't know.
The car is performant and safe , just take care with sudden lateral weight transfer , just be smooth with yours wheel inputs.
Also it's a beautiful old Ferrari. With VR it's a fantastic drive and sound.

It's best to just go to the 1st page of this thread and do a text search for the car you're after, as the whole list of tuned cars is updated there with direct links. For example, you can find there the '4L GTL' tuning and the 'Lancer Evo IX' one. The Audi TTS Coupé '09 one is also posted just a couple of posts before yours ;)

desolé e don’t know how a forum works I’m 51 years old but I will get there again thank you for your help you are on top
Give it some time, you'll eventually get it!
On page 1 of this thread Praiano keeps a list updated with all the links to active and valid tuned settings for GT7 cars. It's both alphabetically and points of performance (PP) sorted. Second post there includes a list of all tunings for engine-swapped cars.

You may find the Praiano's tunings for the new cars in GT7 patch 1.43 here:
Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX MR GSR '06 - 700PP - Racing Soft Tires - Tsukuba -1.43
Audi TTS Coupé '09 - 600PP - Sport Medium Tires - All Tracks -1.43
Renault 4L GTL '85 - 450PP - Sport Hard Tires - All Track -1.43
